The concept of making hand-painted character stand-ups was born out of our own desperate need to get customers into our (then) country store. We made one for ourselves and experienced first hand the powerful combination of creativity and cuteness to draw people in!  One thing led to another and we find ourselves, 20 years later, still making  character stand-ups and all things cute and creative! 

Our business has always thrived for several reasons.  Most importantly, because people have found that our work WORKS!  It does what it's supposed to do - to draw attention, give personality, make a business memorable, and increase sales.  

Secondly, because we are literally a mom & pop business, we take real pride in painting and producing the most unique, stunning art work that we can.  I mean hey, OUR NAMES are on each piece - not some big corporate name - our personal names!!  People know that Karin paints each and every solitary piece and Frank does everything else!

And thirdly, because our work/style is unlike anything else out there! You just can't find the combination of creative, cute, funky, charming, colorful, whimsical, bold, spontaneous and quality that we offer - ANYWHERE!
